How to buy

Registration:

  • To make a purchase on stringtreeguitars.com, registration is mandatory.
  • During registration, you need to provide a valid email address and personal details (such as name, address, postal code, city, phone number, and order description).
  • Projex, the service provider for sound engineering, ensures the prevention of any misuse of collected data.

Ordering:

  • Customers can buy products from the Stringtreeguitars selection displayed on the website.
  • Orders are placed exclusively through electronic means.
  • Products are considered ordered once the customer receives an invoice for payment via email.
  • Stringtreeguitars ships the products immediately upon receipt of payment (usually the next working day).

Terms and Conditions:

  • Stringtreeguitars shop, owned by Projex (a sound engineering services company), is located at Vrazova 10, 42 000 Varaždin.
  • Projex reserves the right to change the general terms of business and website usage, with public notification on the same pages.
  • Projex, as the owner of Stringtreeguitars’ website, takes no responsibility or blame for any errors or omissions in the content. However, they are obligated to correct any reported errors within 3 working days.

Prices:

  • All listed prices are expressed in euros (EUR)
  • The prices include the legally prescribed value-added tax (PDV).
  • Delivery costs are not included in the price and will be specified separately during product ordering.
  • The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice.
  • Discounts, daily or weekly promotions, and special offers for specific products, product groups, or all products can be determined by the seller at any time. Prices for promotions will be clearly indicated alongside each product.

Purchase Terms:

  • These terms and rules define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and product complaints for items offered on the Stringtreeguitars website.
  • The purchase process and terms are defined through the following steps:
    • Registration
    • Ordering
    • Receipt of an offer with a payment order
    • Payment
    • Shipping and invoice
    • Returns/complaints

Payment Options:

  • Customers can purchase and pay for selected products on Stringtreeguitars shop using the following methods: -Bank Transfer (Virmansko Plaćanje): If bank transfer payment is chosen, a confirmation of the order is sent to the customer’s email address.
  • Credit Cards: If credit card payment is chosen, a confirmation of the order with a payment code is sent to the customer’s email address. The invoice will also be included with the product in the shipment. Installment payments are not possible.

Delivery

Products from Stringtreeguitars shop are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Croatia as well as worldwide. Before accepting the shipment, the customer is obligated to inspect it and immediately report any visible damages. If there are any discrepancies upon receiving the products, the customer should compare them with the invoice. If anything is missing, a written complaint must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the shipment, as subsequent claims will not be considered.

Delivery Costs:

  • For the territory of the Republic of Croatia: 70,00 €
  • Europe: 150,00 €
  • For other countries worldwide, the delivery cost depends on the distance and weight of the package. We can calculate the shipping cost for each shipment and provide it to you via email based on your inquiry or order.

Products are delivered within a maximum of 4 working days from receipt of payment (in exceptional circumstances, it may take longer).

Personal Pickup:
Ordered products can be picked up in person exclusively in Varaždin at the address Vrazova 10, every working day from 08:00 to 14:00.

Returns and Complaints:
Every customer has the right to return a product or file a complaint, regulated by the Consumer Protection Act. If, for any reason, the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchased product, they can return it within 14 days of receiving it, without specifying reasons, or exchange it for another suitable product, provided that the returned item is unused and undamaged.

The return period starts from the day the customer receives the product. Refunds will be processed only after the seller receives the goods, along with a copy of the invoice.

Delivery Cost and Returns for Incorrectly Ordered or Defective Products

The cost of delivery or return for incorrectly ordered or defective products is borne by the customer, as indicated on the newly received invoice.

Written Complaints:
According to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, written complaints can be submitted via mail or email. The seller is obligated to respond to written complaints in writing within 15 days from the date of receipt. The seller must maintain a record of customer complaints on a durable medium for one year from the date of receiving the written complaint.
